OBESITY" - A commonly found issue among the general population nowadays. Do your clothes get too tight ?? Do the usual few steps make you feel tired ?? These all could be signs of weight gain. Weight gain necessarily does not mean you are heading towards obesity but if you don’t take proper measures then you might be at a high risk which may gradually progress to obesity.

Obesity is the condition in which a person has excess weight as per their height. Wondering how to calculate the same? Body Mass Index(BMI) helps you figure out whether you are obese or not. If your BMI is 30 and above, then it is an indication of obesity. Are you one among them ?? Seeking multiple ways to lose that stubborn fat?? First of all, you need to understand that medicines cannot cure obesity. It is essential to be committed to ensuring healthy changes in your diet and lifestyle by incorporating regular exercise.
